Review: Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation

I'm gonna rant about this foundation that I've been loving for about a year. This is like my go to foundation and I would really recommend you guys to try it.

Rimmel Wake Me Up Foundation is my daily basis foundation. It really will make you looks more awake, and it says it has anti-fatigue effect, and that is true, because it just kind of lift up your face, you will look glowing. On that note, I have to tell you that it has glitters in it, so I think that's what makes it has a radiant glow effect on the face, it's gonna look really dewey. It also has spf 15 which good for day wear when the sun is out.

Now, that's probably just the one that I've had a problem with, one time I was going for a party and they have this photo booth so the result is kind of disappoint me because it looks like I have a too much oily skin and it is not a fun glow anymore, I think the glitters kind of reflects on the flash of the camera (and because the spf too), so yeah, I'm never wearing this for a party or any events that has a serious camera flash going around.

Besides that though, I think it's a really good product, it blends pretty well, it's not effortless but it's kind of easy just to massage it into your skin, the coverage is medium but you can built it so it's good when you're having like you don't wanna wear loads of hardcore make up day or you wanna have a serious coverage, this can work both ways. This also smells really good haha, for me at least. It has six color and mine is natural beige which is the darkest of them all, it is still a little light for me but I'll take it because it lightens my face in a good way.

it lasts pretty long I guess for about 6-8 hours, and well I put on powder to be safe. I think it's a product worth having, I mean the price isn't as crazy as all the high end foundation but it works almost as good, it can be like a good substitute for those. So next time you got into a drugstore and see Rimmel, this one should be on your list to buy! haha they have the concealer with the same name, a Wake Me Up concealer, I havent tried it yet, but I've heard lots of people think it's an okay product, not as good as the foundation,but I'm really curious I might just try it next time.
